Guidelines for Safety and Comfort
PLEASE NOTE: Tuscany Manor will be following the recommended Covid19 guidelines published by State and County.
MASKS: To be worn when on property, except in the suites or in the pool. Masks should not be touched after putting on, unless they slip off.
CHECK IN: One person at a time will be accommodated (Masks a must). Chairs and a bench will be provided while waiting. Social distancing will be observed at all times. For admittance, we are required to verify your temperature.
( If you have any illness, cough, running nose, etc, vis a vis the covid19 symptoms, please reschedule your visit for your and all our guests’ and staff’s safety)
OFFICE: One person at a time at the office door for check-ins. No entry into office except staff, After check in, you will be entering through main gate.
POOL: PLEASE do not move pool furniture which is spaced per Covid19 guidelines. PLEASE respect the social distancing while in the pool.
ROOMS: Each suite has been sanitized after each guest visit per Covid19 guidelines. All high touch areas are extra-sanitized i.e., remote controls, door knobs, counter tops, refrigerator handles, etc. PLEASE wash any utensils after each use.
HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping is available before and after your stay. Housekeeping is not available during your stay. Hosts and housekeepers will not enter the suites when occupied. Extra towels and linen are available on request
FOOD SERVICE: All food service is discontinued till further notice, i.e., continental breakfast and afternoon snacks will not be available It is advised to bring your own food or go out to eat. A list of local restaurants will be available for dine-in or delivery.
SERVICE: As always, TM Hosts are available and at your service. In order to re-open, TM is required to follow the above-suggested guidelines. However, we still want to assist you in having a fun, relaxing and wonderful stay in every way. Thank you for your understanding….
